OHB inventory changesBarnSales matches the dealer location and inventory number, then shows the review work.

A customer checks deliveryRoad mileage and the estimated charge are calculated from the building’s actual lot.

WHEN THE LOT CHANGES

BarnSales records these routine dealership jobs.

A price changes in OHB. A customer checks delivery before calling. A walk-in asks for a call next Friday. BarnSales records each event where the dealer will use it.

OHB changes the listed price on a building overnight.

BarnSales brings the new source value to the correct inventory record.

Supported price, RTO, availability and sold-state changes are matched by dealer location and inventory number. Items that need attention appear for review.

A customer enters an address 46.8 miles from the lot.

The page calculates 16.8 billable miles and a $67.20 estimate.

For an eligible 12-foot-wide building, BarnSales measures the road route from the correct lot, includes the first 30 miles and applies the $4-per-mile rate.

A truck drops three buildings and one arrives with damage.

Arrival photos and condition stay with that building.

The dealer reviews each arrival, records condition and photos, and makes it available to customers only when it is ready.

A walk-in says, “Call me next Friday,” without filling out a form.

That conversation does not disappear into somebody’s phone.

Add an update to the customer with the note and next step even when no quote, text or website funnel created the activity.

A customer asks, “What is it monthly after the discount?”

The quote shows the applicable RTO amount.

Select the building, enter the deal amounts and delivery, choose the dealership tax location, and keep the estimate with the customer.

Two lots carry the same building size for different customers.

Each lot keeps its own inventory and work.

Location-aware inventory, contacts and permissions keep one lot’s building, customer and employee work out of the other lot’s queue.

Inventory synchronization and customer delivery estimates.

Both examples use information already connected to the building and dealer location.

AUTOMATIC INVENTORY SYNCHRONIZATION

A source change reaches the correct building.

BarnSales checks supported OHB inventory for each verified dealer location. Price, RTO, availability and sold-state changes are matched to the inventory number. A review card appears when the dealer needs to make a decision.

CUSTOMER BUYING EXPERIENCE

The customer checks price, RTO and delivery before calling.

For eligible buildings, the customer enters an address or uses the phone’s current location. BarnSales measures the one-way road route from the building’s lot, includes the first 30 miles and applies the mileage rate for that width.

A TRUCK DELIVERY REACHES THE LOT

The building is recorded before customers see it as available.

The dealer reviews the arrival, adds current photos and records any condition issue. Publication remains a dealer decision.

THE MANUFACTURER STILL HANDLES THE ORDER

BarnSales handles the dealer website and daily work.

OHB remains where the order, payment, documents and fulfillment happen. BarnSales handles the customer website, inventory review, quotes, appointments and customer follow-up.

A public listed price changes. BarnSales can surface the supported change on the correct building. The dealer still completes the manufacturer-controlled order in the manufacturer system.

COMMON DEALER QUESTIONS

Details worth knowing before setup.

What happens when OHB changes a listed price?

BarnSales checks supported OHB inventory and matches the source record to the correct dealer location and inventory number. The dealer sees the new value and any review that needs attention.

How does the delivery estimate work?

For an eligible building, the customer chooses an address or current location. BarnSales calculates the one-way road route from the building’s lot, includes the first 30 miles and applies the mileage rate for that building width.

Does BarnSales save the customer’s delivery address?

No. The public estimator uses the selected address to calculate the route and does not save it. The dealership confirms the final route, access, permits and site conditions.

What does BarnSales cost?

The base plan is $75 per month and includes the owner and one dealer location. Each additional location is $10 per month. Each active employee is $10 per month.

Does BarnSales replace the OHB dealer portal?

No. OHB remains the system for manufacturer-controlled orders, payments, documents and fulfillment. BarnSales handles the dealer website and the customer, inventory and follow-up work around it.
