Terms of Service
Version and effective date: 2026-07-24
These terms govern a dealership’s use of BarnSales. BarnSales supports dealer operations; it does not replace the dealer’s own customer contracts, pricing review, financing disclosures, delivery confirmation, or legal obligations.
1. Accounts and authority
The person creating a dealer workspace confirms they are authorized to act for that dealership and to invite its users. Each user must use their own account and keep access secure. Owners control employee access, website publication, OHB-code verification, and other protected decisions.
2. Subscription price
The BarnSales base plan is $75 per month and includes one dealer location and the owner. Each additional location is $10 per month, and each active employee is $10 per month. A displayed estimate is not a charge or receipt. Subscription status and any provider-confirmed billing record control whether payment has actually been set up.
3. Inventory and Marketplace controls
BarnSales does not authorize itself to approve, publish, sell, move, delete, or reprice inventory. Imported and manually entered buildings require the applicable human review. Marketplace content remains a draft until a person posts it through the marketplace’s own tools.
4. Dealer content and accuracy
The dealership is responsible for the accuracy and rights to its logos, images, promotions, contact information, product facts, delivery terms, warranty statements, pricing, and customer communications. Dealers must not enter misleading offers or content they do not have permission to use.
5. Third-party services
OHB, Facebook Marketplace, domain registrars, hosting, email, and other connected services have their own terms and availability. BarnSales may display or prepare information from those services, but does not control their systems or create authority to act in them.
6. Acceptable use
Users may not bypass tenant boundaries, access another dealership’s records, upload malicious content, misuse customer data, impersonate another person, or use BarnSales in violation of law or third-party rights.
7. Changes, suspension, and requests
Material terms changes require a new version and acceptance where appropriate. Security abuse or loss of authority may require access to be restricted. Export, cancellation, and deletion requests are handled through the dealer’s authorized account process and remain subject to security, legal, and recordkeeping requirements.
Dealers should retain their own counsel for dealer-customer agreements, employment matters, financing compliance, promotions, warranties, and local legal requirements.
